Exchange and Returns
At beautify&glow we want you to love your beauty products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Initiating an Exchange or Return:
- Please initiate an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Contact our customer support team at support@beautifyandglow.com to request an Exchange Authorisation or Return Authorisation.
Conditions for Exchange or Return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Personalised or customised items are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a product defect or error on our part.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- There is a £5 restocking costs.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your item, please specify the desired replacement during the authorization process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already been processed for shipping.
International Returns:
- This policy applies to the UK and Ireland geographic regions only
