Return the Item:
Ship the item(s) back to us in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Verification:
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will verify their condition to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
Refund Process:
Initiation:
Upon successful verification, we will initiate the refund process.
Payment Method:
If you made the payment by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
For payments made through other methods, the refund will be processed through the original payment channel.
Timeline:
The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
